Hi Chef, I am currently studying in taylors college in culinary arts, and i do heard about chef's prowess in sugar art. It is really a waste tht we are not able to learn from you since chef is not teaching in Taylors anymore~ Your artpiece are brilliant chef, your work inspired me chef=)
